Refund policy

At Hit It Like A Girl, every product is custom-designed just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.

If your order meets one of these conditions, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at hititlikeagirl@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.
